Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated 4 November 2026

What can and cannot be offered on Olorsh, and how everyone using it must behave.

1. Who this applies to

This policy applies to everyone who uses Olorsh, which is operated by Olorsh Enterprise: customers, providers and visitors. It is part of our Terms of Service.

2. Who may sell on Olorsh

  • Providers must be at least 18 and legally able to trade in Ghana.
  • Providers must be verified by Olorsh before listing. We may ask for a Ghana Card, passport or driver's licence, business registration, TIN certificate and proof of address.
  • Payouts are made only to a Mobile Money or bank account in the provider's verified name.
  • Each provider may hold one account unless Olorsh agrees otherwise.

3. What may not be offered

  • Anything illegal in Ghana.
  • Weapons, ammunition, explosives and their parts.
  • Drugs and controlled substances; prescription medicines without the required licence.
  • Alcohol, tobacco or vaping products, unless the provider is licensed and Olorsh has approved the listing.
  • Stolen, counterfeit or replica goods, and anything that infringes someone else's trademark or copyright.
  • Adult content and sexual services.
  • Gambling, lotteries and betting.
  • Financial products and services: investment schemes, cryptocurrency trading, loans and money transfer.
  • Human remains and body parts, and protected wildlife or animal products.
  • Hazardous or recalled products.
  • Personal data, accounts or login details.
  • Anything meant to harm, harass or defraud others, including fake reviews.

Cars for sale may be listed as enquiries only; they are not paid for through Olorsh.

4. How providers must behave

  • Describe listings honestly, with real photos, true prices, availability and conditions.
  • Deliver what was ordered, booked or rented, on time and as described.
  • Take payment for Olorsh listings only through Olorsh, never outside it.
  • Never post fake reviews or pressure customers about reviews.
  • Reply to customers and to disputes in good time.
  • Use customers' personal information only to complete their transaction.

5. How customers must behave

  • Give accurate information and pay through Olorsh.
  • Use disputes honestly; do not open false disputes or chargebacks.
  • Treat providers with respect, and never ask them to break this policy.

6. Payments and disputes

Customers pay Olorsh at checkout through Paystack, and Olorsh pays the provider after completion, less commission. Disputes can be opened before completion or within 7 days after it; the provider's payout is held while Olorsh decides. Full details are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Reporting

Anyone can report a listing, provider or user with the Report link on Olorsh, or by email to support@olorsh.com. We review every report.

8. What happens if this policy is broken

  • Listings can be removed.
  • Payouts can be held while we investigate.
  • Accounts can be restricted, suspended or closed permanently.
  • Affected customers can be refunded.
  • Illegal activity can be reported to the authorities.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and tell providers about important changes.
