Terms of Service
Last updated 4 November 2026
The agreement between you and Olorsh when you use the marketplace to buy, book, rent, hire or sell.
1. About Olorsh
Olorsh is an online marketplace operated by Olorsh Enterprise in Accra, Ghana. Customers use it to buy products, book services and experiences, rent items and spaces, and hire professionals. These are offered by independent providers, not by Olorsh.
By creating an account or using Olorsh you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund and Cancellation Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- Tell us straight away at support@olorsh.com if you think someone else has used your account.
3. Providers
To sell on Olorsh you must apply as a provider, accept these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy, and be verified by Olorsh before your listings go live. We may ask for identity and business documents and may refuse or remove any provider.
Providers are responsible for their listings and for delivering what they sell, book, rent or offer: on time, as described, and in line with the law. Providers are independent; they are not employees or agents of Olorsh.
4. Payments
Customers pay Olorsh at checkout, by Mobile Money or card, through our payment partner Paystack. Prices are shown in Ghana cedis (GHS) and include everything you will be charged unless the listing says otherwise.
Olorsh pays the provider after the order, booking or rental is completed, less Olorsh's commission. Providers must not ask customers to pay outside Olorsh for anything listed on Olorsh.
Cars for sale are listed as enquiries only. They are not paid for through Olorsh, and any sale is between the buyer and the seller.
5. Cancellations, refunds and disputes
Each listing shows its cancellation terms before you pay, and those terms apply to your transaction. Refunds and disputes are handled as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. Reviews and content
Only customers who completed a transaction can review it. Reviews must be honest and about your own experience. You keep ownership of the content you post, and you give Olorsh permission to show it on the marketplace. We may remove content that breaks these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
7. What Olorsh is responsible for
Olorsh runs the marketplace, checks providers, holds payments until completion and decides disputes fairly. Olorsh is not the seller of the products or the provider of the services listed, and does not guarantee them beyond what these Terms and the Refund and Cancellation Policy say.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Ghanaian consumer law. Otherwise, Olorsh is not liable for indirect losses, and our liability for any transaction is limited to the amount paid through Olorsh for it.
8. Suspension and closing accounts
You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may restrict, suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, and may hold a provider's payouts while we investigate.
9. Changes and law
We may update these Terms and will post the new version here. If a change is important we will tell you before it applies. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
